This is the best photo editor, by a long shot, and a great drawing app. It has the best tools for photo editing, including layers, on-photo drawing, etc with convenient menus. The app is really intuitive, and the developer maintains it.

Ive had it for a few months now and I like it more than ever. You want help - the developer gives you written tutorials, YouTube tutorials, and encourages you to write to him on anything hes missed! Photoshop never had help like that!
